HYDRO-ELECTRIC PROGRESS
A. D. RILEY AND CO. LTD INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
Oonsiderablo interest has been aroused in investment circles by the announcement that the well-known engineering firm, Messrs. A. D. Riley and Co., Ltd., has been formed into a public company, and that the capital is to be increased. The following shares are being offered to the pubfio:— 5,000 Cumulative 7 per cent. , Preference Shares, and 15,000 Ordinary Shares. The business is firmly established, ana the turnover reveals steady growth. The existing Capital of £20,000 has been competently valued dt a premium; further, '15,750 shades of It are held by persons actively concocted with the Company. Contracts now in hand amount to £561,821. A number of tho present small issue of shares have already been applied for. The chief brokers for the issue arc Messrs. A. M. Adams and Co., 12 Panama Street, Wellington.
