DUSTY WELLINGTON
AND ITS DUG-UP STREETS There is nearly always something happening in Wellington to help to keep'up the impression that it is one nF tho dustiest sites in tne Dominion. A t present the laying of' the new tramway track in Willis Street is a disturbing element, and to avoid it many people have been taking the back streets. Then, in Jervois Quay a big gang of men is pulling up the old railway track, and the dust and filth from Hie* work filled the air alffioet continuously in yesterday's wind.
