Tunnel are being hauled by locomotives to Arthur’s Pass to-dav. and they will undergo their tests’during the week. The section of tli« line that has hcen electrified. io betwean the Arthur’s Pass and Otira stations, and all traffic on that section will bo handled bv elwtr-o locomotives. , ■
