DUBLIN MURDERS
REPUBLICANS THE VICTIMS MYSTERIOUS CRIMES BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT. London, April 5. Kernan and Breslin, two Dublin youths, were taken in motor-cars to Ashtown, a suburb, where they ivere flung on the road and shot. Kernan had two bullets in his heart and Breslin’s head was blown away and his body riddled with bullets. Residents heard the shooting, and saw the bodies thrown on the road, but dared not. come out from their houses until the cars returned to Dublin. Three similar mysterious murders have been committed in Dublin since Tuesday, in each case the victim being apparently of the Republican party Rebels looted the town of Dromehair, in County Leitrim, plundered the shops, and burnt down the courthouse. During a so-called political argument at Baltina an old woman, Mrs McGuinness, and hdr son were shot dead in their house. The Ballina district is in the hands of the rebels. —• Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
