A NEW BY-LAW
At a special meeting of the City Council, convened for the purpose Yesterday afternoon, tho new AVellington City By-law No. 41 (amendment), 1923, was confirmed. This by-law has boon made for the purnose of preventing the use of animal manure for market gardening or for agriculture carried on for profi t in the (old) city area. It is to come into'force on April 16.
