BREACH OF ELECTORAL LAW
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston North, March 19. At tho Magistrate’s Court Harry Steere Percy was fined £5 on each of two charges of misleading the Registrar of Electors by causing to be entered, in a claim for enrolment by Arthur and George Whittingham, false qualifications in respect to residence. The two Whttinghams were charged with making false statements in a claim for enrolment, but the case was dismissed.
