ANNUAL MEETING OF HUTT CLUB.

The annual meeting of the Hutt Rugby Football dub was held on. Wednesday last. Mr. J. Kennington presided over an attendance of about 50 members. 1 . The annual report stated that ttoe club was in a sound position financially, having the sum of £lOO 2s. 2d. at the bank and £419 10s. on deposit. Teams were entered in the junior, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grad# competitions, their records being, as follow: —Junior, played 14, won 6, lost 6, drawn 2; thirds, played 13, won 8, lost 10 drawn nil; fourths, played 14, won 10, lost 4, drawn nil; fifths, played 13, won 8, lost 4. drawn 1; #ixth«, placed 15, won 11, lost 4, drawn nil. No' championships were gained, but the three lower grade teams weo* well up in their respective competition#, the fourth class team playing off m th# semi-final. . . Buck at the annual meeting the Selwyn Football Club last night, when referring to the proposal to amend the union’s constitution. The annual general meeting of th# members of the. Technical College Old Students’ Association Rugby Foottali Club was held in the college last pveiv ing. There was a good attendants and all the members present showed a. keen interest in the affairs of the club. The election of officers resulted, a# follows:—President, Mr. T. Ellis; vicepresidents, Messrs. W. H. Emmett, T. Ballinger, Foscar, and J. H. Howeii; club captain, Mr. N. Sutton; management committee: Messrs.
