The Russian Trade Delegation states that the Soviet will participate in the International Conference under the auspices of the League of Nations to consider the extension of the principles of tljp Washington Treaty. M. Tchitcherin states that the Soviet still considers the League a coalition of a few States unwarrantably attempting to usurp the powers of others, but the Soviet is participating with a view to minimising the war burden weighing on the world’s workers.—Aus.-IN.Z.
