ATHLETIC CLUB. / There was a large attendance ait the forty-fifth annual meeting of the Athletic Football Club last evening. Colonel G. F. C. Campbell presided. The report was considered most Satisfactory, and the balance-sheet showed the club to bo in a strong financial position. Several new members were elected. Heenan deprecated any change in the constitution of the Alnnagenmnt Committee of tho W.R.F.U. Some clubs were urging that every club should bo represented on the committee. hut he did not favour that. It was decided that tho delegates to tho W.R.F.U. be instructed to oppose any move to affect the present, constitution of the Management Committee.
