4 The annual meeting of tho Wellington Rugby Football Club was held last we«k, Mr. G. Fache presiding. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follow: —President, Mr. G. It was decided to recommend delegates to the annual. meeting of the Wellington Rugby Union to notify the New Zealand Union of its intention to play under rules laid down by the English Union, and that the rule regarding kick into touch be dispensed with.
