HEAVY FIGHTING IN KERRY HILLS 400 IRREGULARS FIGHT REARGUARD ACTION London, March 8. The heaviest fighting since the summer is in progress in tho Kerry Hills, where 400 irregulars fought a rearguard action. Free State troops were entrenched on a hillside, where they were relieved by an armoured car. Casualties at Kerry since Monday total eight Free Staters and 21 rebels killed, while many have been wounded.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
