PRESENTS RING TO FIANCEE.

The Duke of York presented a ring to -his fiancee, Lady Elisabeth BowosLyon. at a luncheon at the Earl of Strathmore’s London home. The ring consists of a large cent r n.l c apphi’’o of rare blue with a small diamond on each side, the jewels obscuring the platinum setting. . . Presents aro already arriving at Buckingham Palace.
