Concerning the No. 3 Block now being ' supplied by the Council, householders are hereby notified that from 'now onwards milk will bo supplied by roundsmen only, in exchange for coupons, and that such/ roundsmen are not permitted to sell any . milk for cash or to make any departure whatsoever from the .coupon system which has been prescribed.
