PUBLIC NOTICEds hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it. by the Public Works Act, 1908, and by every and any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Council of the County of Hutt resolved at a Special Meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1922, to make a Special Order enacting Heavy Traffic By-laws.
