With tho full concui' lUco of tho Government of India tho Bombay Government announces its decision to prosecute the Ali brothers and others in connection with the resolutions and speeches at Karachi, tampering with tho loyalty of troops, and also to prosecute tho brothers for speeches delivered in July, tending to create disaffection nnd inciting to violence against tho established Government There has been increased rebel activity and frequent skirmishes with troops, especially in Manerii and Nilambar. There are well-armed rebel bands, over a thousand strong, in Nilambar, which is completely in tho hands of the rebels. They conduct raids from a stronghold in tho Pandalur hills, wrecking villages, bridges, nnd buildings. A Moplah conference proclaimed a jehad against all Hindus, who will be converted to Islam at tho point of tho sword. Hindus are fleeing in panic.
