REMARKABLE DISCLOSURES. (Rec. September 16, 5.5 p.m.) London, ‘September 15. 'The Indian Railways' Committee report states that the existing railways are entirely inadequate to meet the needs of the country. The Government has not provided adequate funds, thus a system of ‘bribery exists in connection with wagon allotments, also a groitn system of organised blackmail.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
