PRICE OF BUTTER
REDUCTION PROBABLE IN WELLINGTON.
The pfice of butter has been reduced
by one penny per pound in Auckland, J'.in consequence of the fall in the London /i, .price. A similar reduction is likely to take place in Wellington shortly. 'A I Dominion reporter was informed yesterday that preliminary steps have been taken already in the matter. The re-' tail price for the best quality factory butter will then be 2s. Id. per pound.
