INDICTMENT FDR MANSLAUGHTER San Francisco, September 14. The grand jury indicted Arbuckle for manslaughter.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ACCUSED EXAMINED REGARDING LIQUOR. New York, September 14. California, being nominally dry, the Californian Prohibition Director examined Arbuckle with a view to securing information where tho liquor allegedly consumed at tho party, which ended in Miss Rappe’s death, came from. He spent an hour in futile questioning. The only reply Arbuckle made was to the effect that they never had any liquor.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ARBUCKLE I ’EFUSM TO TESTIFY AT INQUEST. (Rec.
