Lonaon, September 13. Tlie "Daily Mail" states- that the Dublin Chamber of Commerce-passed a resolution expressing the nope that the Council of the Irish Chamber of Commerce would be consulted before the final drafting of any solution of the Irish problem, or the drafting of any Rendition dealing with trade and commerce in Ireland. The resolution, apart from its own importance, shows the certainty with which peace is expected — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
