Clements (Mana- ( watu) boat Parkes (AVanganui), 4 and 2; Collins (AVairarajxt) beat Ekstedt (Maiiowatu), 4 and 3; Barraud (Manawatu) beat Turnbull (Napier). 7 and 6; G. Saunders (AVanganui), with a 73round, beat D. G. Moore (Manawatu), 4 and 3; Riddell (Napier) beat I. Saunders (Wanganui), 2 up; Goss (AA’anganul) beat Crosse (Najjicr) on the twentieth green; AV. Seifert beat Hawkins (Feilding),. 1 up': Bidwill (AVairarapa) boat Black (Miramar),, 1 up. In the second round, Clements beat Collins. 4 and 2; G. Saunders beat Barraud, 5 and 4; Goss beat Riddell, 3 and 2: Bidwill beat Seifert, 3 and 2.
