Mr. J. M. Hunter, after the conference nt The Hague, visited Doorn, ’'but did not meet the ex-Kaiser. although the Dutch authorities offered facilities. He denied that the ex-Kaiser was surrounded by barbed wire entanglements. .He was apparently unrestricted. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ,
