CONNVICTED 136 TIMES
A HALF-CENTURY RECORD. A list of 136 convictions for various offences extending over a period of 50 years, is the record of Frederick Lynoss, an old man, who appeared in tho Magistrate’s Court yesterday charged with being an incorrigible in that he was found Iregging aims in Lam'bton Quay. Ho was sentenced in Novembeir last to, three months’ imprisonment on a similar charge. Lyness pleaded hard yesterday to 'be given an opportunity,' and promised that he would not come before the Court again. The Magistrate said that he could promise that Lyness would not come before the Court for the next three months, and sentenced him to imprisonment for that period.
