Ho was sentenced in Novembeir last to, three months’ imprisonment on a similar charge. Lyness pleaded hard yesterday to 'be given an opportunity,' and promised that he would not come before the Court again. The Magistrate said that he could promise that Lyness would not come before the Court for the next three months, and sentenced him to imprisonment for that period.
