USE OF NEW PIPE LINE DELAYED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, September 13 Mr Kissel, acting chief electrical engineer. Public Works Department, and Mr G Averv, electrical engineer m charge’of the’lxike Coleridge installation, returned to-night from the lake, whither they went on Sunday to investigate a trouble discovered in connection with th|» concrete foundation at the new’ unit. Mr Kissel stated that the trouble was not serious, though it would probably result in a postponement of the commis•sioning of the third pipe line recently finished. But for this trouble it was hoped that the third pipe hne would have been put into commission before the end of this month.
