TRUSTEES REMOVED FROM OFFICE
By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, September 13. In the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Adams made an order for the removal of William Edward Hackett, solicitor, and William Robert. Store, engineer, from the office of trustees of the estate of the late Eliza Hackett, tho claim for re- \ moval being made by the three infant beneficiaries.
