SPANISH TROOPS LAUNCH AN ’ OFFENSIVE •; r REBELS PUT 'IO FLIGHT By Telegraph— Preze Association—Oopyrlgh* Madrid, September 12. Official. —An offensive at Melilla was launched to-day. A later official message states: Troops, assisted by warships, are advancing on the 'enemy,' who are in flight before our artillery fire, and are abandouing ■the villages; harvested grain and booty being left behind, also numerous dead.
