Three engineers were killed and three injured through an explosion on the German submarine Deutschland, which crossed the Atlantic during the war, and is now being dismantled at Birkenhead. Tho men were stripping the motor room when, an explosion took place. The causa is (unknown. The men wore flung against the sides of the vessel.
