LORD NORTHCLIFFE STRESSES THEIR IMPORTANCE. (Rec. September 12, 0.35 a.m.) Sydney, September 11. Lord Northcliffe, speaking at an Empire Press Union luncheon, declared that ho regarded the question of facilitating the methods of communication within the Empire as quite as important as Imperial defence.
