TO BE UNDERTAKEN BY PARER. Melbourne, July 27. Lieutenant Parer commences on August 3 a flight round Australia, lie expects to cover 10,000 miles and to occupy three months. Tho object is to provide funds to enable Parer to compote in the International trans-Paciiio flight next year.—Press Assn.
