Cloudy and unsettled conditions with rain are probable generally, and heavy rain in the northernmost districts. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency. Low atmospheric pressure has ruled, and moderate to strong north-east to southeast winds have prevailed; squally at times in the far north.
