Married Woman, wherein, she prays for a dissolution of her marriage with you and for the custody of tlio child of such marriage on the ground that you wilfully deserted her, the said Petitioner, in or about the month of August, 1900, and have from that dale doun to tho present time continued to desert her without just cause, and such citation intimates that in default of your doing so the Court will proceed to hear the said Petition and to pronounce sentence therein notwithstanding your absence. Now therefore take notice that for the purpose aforesaid you are, within ninety days after the date of thia publication, to attend in person or by your Solicitor at the Supreme Court Office at Palmerston North, and there to enter an appearance, without which you will not be allowed to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
