The land is ell heavy liver deposit,in the best "English grasses and clovers, and is in great heart. Tho herd of 85 cows has produced 20,0001 b. of butter-fat for the season, being milked in one herd. Three thousand pounds of milk per day was obtained in the flush of the season.
