MINISTER REPLIES TO CRITICISM. Sydney, July 12. Air. Mutch, Minister of Education, in defending the Now South Wales schools against the criticism of Sir Edward AVittenoom, at Perth, stated that New South Wales provided opportunities for the poorest child to continue his studies right through to the University, provided lie was possessed of sufficient brain. —- Press Assn.
