PRESENTATION OF CROIX DE GUERRE. (Rec. July 12, 1.15 a.m.) Paris, July 11. Amid appropriate military honours and stirring patriotic speeches, 319 Somme communes received the Croix de Guerre at the hands of the Minister of War, M. Barthou. Marshal Foch assisted.
