PIAKO HOMEWARD BOUND. Tho Piako. which left Wellington for New York. Boston, Liverpool, and Glasgow on May 27, arrived at Panama on June 19, and left Colon the same day. KARORI ROOK LIGHT OUT. The Marine Department has been advised by the captain of the Kamo that the Karori Rock light is out. At present the heavy weather prohibits the light being attended to. but as soon as possihta the lighthouse expert will attend to it. ORARI’S MOVEMENTS. The New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the Orari is expected to leave Timaru on Sunday for Lyttelton, from which port she is expected here on July 2. She is timed to sail from Wellington for London, via Panama, on July 3 or 4. SURREY DUE TO-MORROW. The Surrey, which is due at Napier today from Bluff, is expected here to-mor-row and is due to sail for Lyttelton on Tuesday. Sho should leave Lyttelton on July 2 for London. PAPAP.OA LEAVES PANAMA. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Paparoa arrived nt Colon on June 18 and left Panama the following day for Auckland. She has cargo from. Home for discharge at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers. She is due at Auckland about July 11. KUROW FROM NEWCASTLE. PORT NAPIER AT LYTTELTON. Tho C. and D. liner Port Napier arrived at Lyttelton last night from London, via Panama and Suva. Cable advice has been received that the Hororata, bound from Home to Australia, left Las Palmas on Monday. She Is coming out via the Cape of Good Hope. NGATORO GOES TO GISBORNE. The Blackball Coal Company’s collier Ngatoro has been suddenly diverted to Gisborne, and was to leave early this morning. Several of the crew had been given leave, and some difficulty has been experienced in finding them. The owners state that she has been sent to Gisborne as her coal is not required here owing to the heavy importations of outside coal cargoes. ULIMAROA. LEAVES SYDNEY. The Ulimaroa left Sydney yesterday, and is due here on Monday. She will sail on the return trip next Thursday. SUFFOLK'S SAILING DATE. Tho Federal Line advise that they expect tho Suffolk Jiere from. The Komata sailed yesterday for Westport, and is due back on Sunday. The Kennedy sailed last night for Tarakohe. and is duo back to-morrow. She will sail for Westport about Monday or Tuesday. The Hinemoa is to, sail at daylight on Wednesday for Cook Strait lighthouses. The Katoa is to leave Auckland at noon to-day for Wellington direct, and should arrive on Sunday. Subsequently she will go on to Lyttelton and Dunedin The Waiotapu, which is now coming to Wellington, via Napier and Lyttelton, should leave Auckland at noon to-day. From here she will go to New Plymouth, taking cargo.
