THE APPEAL BOARD. The regulations governing the work of tho War Pensions Medical Appeal Board are published in this week’s Gazette. They provide that any applicant for a war pension who is dissatisfied with the decision of the War Pensions Board in regard to the assessment of any war disability, the aggravation of a disability by war service or the causing of death by war disability, may lodge an appeal. The appellant will have a right to appear before the Appeal Board, state his case, and produce any evidence that ho thinks desirable. The appellant will bo entitled to reasonable travelling expenses, together with compensation for loss of wages up to 10s. per day. Tho decision of the Appeal Board will be binding during the currency of tho pension in force at the date of the appeal or for such other period as the Appeal Board may determine.
