HOCKEY
WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION. A meeting of the Wellingion Jlockey Association was held last night, Mr. IV. T. Richards presiding. Mr. L. Butcher was appointed as second delegate ■ to the New Zealand Hockey Council. It was decided to ask Mr. Manning to act as sole selector for the season. The headmaster of the Karori School wrote donating a cun for competition, and the donation was accepted, and arrangements put in hand to commence the competition shortly.
