A GIRL’S CONFESSION.

All the spiritualistic and poltergeist theories regarding tho Guyra ghost have been exploded by the confession of tho twelve-year-old daughter of the occupiers of the house that she caused the rappings for fun, and that she threw stones on the roof in order to frighten her sister-in-law. Previously tho girl had professed to receive spiritualistic message from her dead sister—Press Assn. SEVERAL CONFEDERATES IN THE HOAX. (Rec. April 26, 10.15 p.m.) Sydney, April 26. The police have reason to believe that there are several confederates in the Guyra hoax, including some pickets helping to guard tho house and lay the "ghost." A number of spiritualists who had gone to investigate are soro over the joke—Press Assn.
