(Rec. February IS, 1.35 a.m.) Delhi, February 16. Rachemibin Muhawe, the insurgent leader, claims successes in Northern Mesopotamia; including the occupation of Doiralzce. A Bagdad official message states that the region is peaceful, also that the leader was defeated by the French east of Aleppo as far back as January 4, and is still a refugee oast of the Euphrates. — Aus.-N.Z.
