SHIPPING AND FINANCE QUESTIONS. Sydney, January 10. The departure of the New South Wales State Orchestra for New Zealand is being interfered with by the shipping trouble, and the question of Government help is also involved. The orchestra cannot undertake the tour without some sort of guarantee of its expenses until, the returns from the New Zealand concerts begin to bo realised. It is understood that if the Government is convinced that the New Zealand tour will be a financial sue cess assistance will he provided—Press Assn.
