A. meeting was held at Balchitha on Saturday to consider a proposal to urjo the Government to secure the services of Sir Thomas Mackenzie as trade commissioner for New Zealand In England. It was decided to urge the. Government to act conjointly with fnnners' unions, trade associations, and chambers of comnierco in securing 'Sir Thomas Mackenzie's services as Trade Commissioner.
