At a Keneral meeting of tho National Morteage and Agency Company, Ltd.. held on July 29, 1914, the capital of the company was increanod to £1,500,000 bv tho creation of 250,000 six l per cent, preference shares of £1 each, and 25.000 new ordinary shares of £10 each. The directors now propose to offer to shareholders the new ordinary shares at tho price of £11 5s per sharo in the proportion, as nearly ao may be, of one new sharo to e-«fry four ordinary share* held by them respectively. It is proposed that £2 shall bB ->aid ud in resneot of each ordinarv share, together with tho premium of £1 6s.
