Prctont indications are for south and south-east wind? strone to cale, and cold, boisterous conditions, particularly in the Baet CoaEt districts and about Cook Strait. Heavy Bhoiycrs probable generally, with snow on the high levelß in the South Island. Barometer rising everywhere, and conditions are likely to moderate shortly. Tho barometer has risen in the south, but a centre of low pressure has been located off the Eaßt Coast of the North Island to-day. High and boisterous southerly winds have prevailed, and the weather has been cold and unsettled eencrallr.
