A CHARGE OF BIGAITC. Mr. W. 0. Kiddell. 8.M., presided over a sitting of the Magistrate's Court yesterday. CLeary, appeared for the accused, who pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed in £25, and one surety of £29.
