TENDERS will be received at tho office of the -undersigned up to 1 o'clock p.m. on,THUKSDAY, AUGUST 19, 1920, for a Three (31 Years' Leaso of the Pavilion at Day's Bay. The building is suitable, for Dining and Tea Rooms, and lias an ample hall which may be used (Sundays excepted) for Concerts, Dancing, Skating, and Theatrical ' purposes. It may be used on Sundays for Religious Meetings and for such concerts as may receive the special permission ,of the City Council. The spacious floor is capable of accommodating largo 'parties in connection with any of tho purposes above-named. Tenderers may tender as follow:— I—For the Pavilion without furniture ind appointment?. - 2,—For the Pavilion with appointments ani furniture (a list of which.-may-be at the Town Hall). These Appointments may be purchased by the successful. tenderer at a valuation, and at 'terms to bo agreed upon. The lessee will not have any rights over the grounds, but will have the exclusive right of catering within the enclosure known as Williams Park. Further particulars, if required, may be obtained at tho Town Clerk's Office. The Council reserves the rig St. at any timo to make a charge for admission to the grounds.
