MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that nt i Sl' ec ' n l Meeting of the Wellington City Council held on tho sth day of August, 1020, the following resolution was passed:— The Wellington City Council hereby wakes by Special Order tho -following By-law, under tho provision of thto Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in pursuance of all other powers (if any) enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this Bv-law is "Tho Wellington City By-law' (Cemeteries Amendment), No, 31, 1920." The object and purport of tho By-law are:— To.mako amendments to the part of the By-law'relating to Cemeteries,' and to increase tho fees and charges in respect of interments, graves, and their maintenance. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the said resolution will bo submitted for confirmation at tho' Ordinary. Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 2,1920, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 7.30 p.m. A full copy of tho said By-law is deposited at the office of the' Town Clerk' to the said Council, at the Town Ilali, Cuba Street, and- may be inspected there by lall persons during ordinary offioo hours.
