STEPS TO SECURE NATIONALISATION. London, August 7. Tho International Minors' Congress, over which Mr. Robert Smillie presided, has concluded. It passed a resolution that the miners should endeavour to organise a universal general strike in rto event of a. future war. It unanimously passed a resolution dwelling on the essential nature of nationalisation of mines as a stop towards tho economic reorganisation of tlio world.
