' CONFERENCE TO BE HELD AT BRUSSELS. (Rec. August 7, 5.5 p.m.) San Sebastian, August G. The Council of the League of Nations decided that the International Financial Conference at Brussels will be held during the last week in September. Thirty States, including Germany and Austria, participate in the invitation. The latter is tantamount to a notice that they will be accepted as members of the League, if they apply for admission. Each Government will be asked to present a balancesheet and renounce further issues of paper money, A commission of experts will attempt to arrive at an equitable arrangement of the exchange with Germany and Austria.
