FIRM FINED £75 FOR. DISOBEYING ORDER-IN-COUNCIL. By Telegraph—Press AaßOciatUon Te Kuiti, August 7. At tho Magistrate's Court to-daft-, D. F,. Corban and Co. were charged with selling benzine in excess of the price fiied bv Order-in-Council. The evidence showed that thev bought tho benzine at 22*. lOd. per case, and sold it at from 19s. 9d. to 2'2s. a tin. The Magistrate said the case was such that ho must impose a 'lisnvy penalty. The company was fined £"!'> and costs.
