AUGUST .19, 1920, for a Three (31 Years' Lease of tho Pavilion at Day's Bay. The building is suitable for Dining and Tea Rooms and has an amplo hall which may be used (Sundays excepted) for Concerts, Dancing, Skating, and Theatrical purposes. It may be used on Sundays for Religious Meetings and for i6uch concerts as may receive the special permission of the City Council. ..
