FRENCH LEGATION AT MUNICH
CAUSE OP GERMANY ti Berlin, August 5. The determination of France to establish a legation in Munich is agitating tho Germans. The "Muncliner 7,fitting's" Berlin correspondent interviewed a member of the British' Embassy, who said Britain was interested in the German comments on tho proposal, ivhich was rontrary to international diplomatic practice. Britain did not intend to appoint a Minister in Bavaria, but would do everything to secure German unity, and would not support any separatist .mwment.—Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
